Cancellation Policy
Coworking & Meeting Rooms Day Passes: - Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - If canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking, the full amount is non-refundable. Weekly & Monthly Memberships: - Memberships may be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice. - No refunds will be issued for partial weeks or months already used. - Memberships may be rescheduled or transferred to another person with prior approval. Private Meeting Room Reservations: - Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - If canceled within 24 hours of the booking, the full hourly rate will be charged. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. General Notes: - The Bay reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies).
